BROCCOLI AVOCADO SOUP RECIPE
250g of Broccoli | 1 Whole Avocado | 1 clove of garlic | 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil | 1 tsp dried oregano | 3 tbsp nutritional yeast | 2-3 pinches of salt | Pepper | 250ml filtered water (more if necessary)
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes. Pour steamed broccoli and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Add more water (if needed) for your desired consistency.
