Breakfast can be a headache to many! We mostly want it to be easy, fast and convenient. Hence, most of us would resort to highly processed food (eg: buns, pastries, bread with jam, packed food etc).
Try having dairy-free nutmilk (packed with healthy fats and protein from a variety of nuts) instead – this will keep you going till lunch time! If that’s not enough, pair it with a bowl of sliced bananas!
